Clients cannot cancel their order once payment is made.
In the event Caips Notes India fails to provide CAIPS/GCMS notes within 90 working days due to any reason, clients are eligible for a 70% refund of the amount paid.
No refunds will be issued for supporting documents.
The policy ensures fairness and commitment to service while acknowledging potential delays in the processing of requests by IRCC.
